Payment

Bycara.dk accepts online payments with the following:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • MobilePay
  • ViaBill
  • Klarna

No card fees: Payment is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Prices: All prices include VAT and are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK).

Bycara.dk uses a secure payment server with SSL encryption to ensure your data is always protected.

ViaBill

  • Payment: Monthly installments are due on the 20th of each month.
  • Fee: A fee of 39 DKK is applied for missed payments.

Delivery

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
  • Free shipping: For orders over 599 DKK.
  • Shipping cost: 39 DKK per order below 599 DKK.
  • Order by 2:00 PM: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day.

  • GLS Home Delivery
  • GLS Business Delivery

Track and Trace: You will always receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Note: Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

  • Also applies to sale items: The right of withdrawal applies to sale items as well.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Returns

We aim to make returning items as easy as possible for you. Therefore, we offer a return portal where you can return your package without needing a printer.

Return Options

  • Via GLS with QR code: You will receive a QR code via email, which can be scanned at a GLS parcel shop. The shop will print and attach the label for you.
  • Physical drop-off: You can also drop off your return package directly at our address:

Return Shipping Cost

The cost of return shipping is 49 DKK, which will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in unused condition with all tags and labels intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, such as perfume, makeup, or similar.
  • When using our return portal, your return package is insured during transport.

Complaints

You have a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects and faults in the product.

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Any photos of the defect.

We will guide you through the process.
